James is incredibly professional and experienced. He fixed a complex bathtub cartridge leak and tracked down the part at a nearby specialty store, finishing the installation the same day. The initial booking experience was amazing. Really liked that they followed up during the process. James was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to their needs. Fair price, great service and communication. The tech, Daniel, was courteous and professional. Oscar the plumber was efficient and professional in his work. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was obvious that Oscar knew exactly what he was doing. He worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. They would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable technicians. Will absolutely use again.

Thora was attentive and supportive on the phone and was able to schedule a visit the next day. Daniel arrived on time after a phone call with his eta. He was kind and patient and explained all the work in a calm manner. He finished unclog 2 drains and returned promptly next day to repipe under the sink ( which had flex pipe installed previously ). He finished the work very quickly and it looks fantastic now! He also found another leak under the sink which he fixed right away !

Your plumber diagnosed the problem. He was back the next day With the exact part that needed to be replaced. Some of the other estimates went from replacing everything inside the toilet to buying a new toilet which was not necessary in either of those situations. I don't know whether the other plumbers that came out didn't know what was wrong, or they were just trying to make a big bill. So I will be calling bluefrog for all my plumbing needs in the future.
