I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Salon DeSante, especially with Catie and Megan! I came in with tape-in extensions that were not installed at this salon, and they had caused serious knotting and adhesive build-up. What could have been a stressful, uncomfortable appointment turned out to be the total opposite.

Catie was absolutely phenomenal — kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. She took her time carefully removing the extensions and gently working through the tangles without causing any pain or damage to my hair. Megan was also amazing and stepped in to help, and together they made what could have been a nightmare feel easy and even relaxing.

They look super natural and feel as such. She really knows what she is doing and did exactly what I asked while also providing some recommendations. “This was my first experience in the salon and the whole place just feels fresh and clean Which was a great start to walk into. The girls at the front desk were friendly and offered to take my things and get me a drink to settle in. Grace was the stylist I chose, and she was immediately welcoming and friendly. She listened to everything that I had done to my hair as well as my goals and she helped me figure out what we were going to do and how we would achieve the goal overtime. Usually, I have a little anxiety about sitting in a salon for so long and talking to somebody I don’t know, but Grace just made me feel super comfortable and I just really had a wonderful time with her. On top of it, all my hair turned out beautifully and exactly what I was hoping for. I also appreciated that she was upfront about what the pricing was going to be before we even started.
