It turns out that no, there was no problem, and there was no charge for figuring that out! “Good Evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. I googled computer repair stores and this came up. I waited for them to open since I was early. They opened at 9am. I asked my question about my printer and the modem, since I have a new modem and Rob, the associate, was saying it is hard to say since he does not see it and that I could set up an appointment for someone to come look at it. When he stated the price, I said to myself thats too high, $89 - up to $109.00, much too steep!!!! I will figure it out myself, I set it up myself and I will figure it out how to get it to work again. Rob took a look at all of my computer stuff and said if I was looking to get rid of it all, then take it to Staples or Home Depot or Best Buy. I said great idea and I did just that. I left, took their business cards and gave him mine and then I headed to Staples to take my used old computer equipment. This was a great visit and a good experience. I would definitely come back again if I needed equipment or to ask a question. It is so convenient. My Allstate office is across the street and the parking is fabulous!!! I parked right near the place. No meters, or kiosks, HOORAY!!!
