We have been using Waterdog for many years now, for all of our IT needs. My husband and I both work from home on our laptops, and we purchased a desktop for our daughter to use throughout college. They have always given excellent service, advice, and kept us up to date with the latest AI protective software. Permanent customers!
The Waterdog Computer Works staff, especially their head person Fred Robinson, are awesome. I have dealt with them for many years and they always seem to figure out any computer issues that arise. They provide quality firewall and internet security. What I like the most is that they can do this remotely. They come onto my computer, look at this and make the necessary changes. They are very polite, knowledgeable and attentive.
