I received my new computer and couldn't be happier! All of my programs were transferred from the old computer to the new. My technician was very professional and when I got the new computer, the keyboard wouldn't work with Jaws, which is my screen reader due to being blind. In less than 24 hours, I had a new keyboard. I love the media functions that it offers as well as being able to use it with all of the Jaws commands that I'm accustomed to. Thank you and I couldn't be happier!
