Pegasus provides my company's IT support services. They are top notch, always quick to respond to an issue, which they resolve rapidly and efficiently. I'm not a "computer guy", but they always make it easy for me.

We were in the middle of switching internet providers and experienced an outage. I thought I had all of the settings right to update our static IP in the firewall. I reviewed it with Dale when he arrived, and he confirmed that the settings were correct. After much troubleshooting, cable switching, and IP pinging, Dale went back to the FiOS box, and realized that the technician had established our static IP but had then run the cable to the FiOS wireless router, essentially negating the static IP.
