The pilot light wouldn't stay lit on our heater and Koolair was the company that HomeService sent to investigate. I thought I might have to wait a few days for an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in for a next day appt. even though I called on a holiday. Our technician was Toli. He called the day before to confirm and when he was on his way. I was worried that it would be a big, expensive repair but whatever Toli did, got us back in business with our heat restored in under an hour. Fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing heating/air assistance.Service: Heating system repair

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received. On a 90-degree day, Toli arrived w/in 30 mins as promised. He is knowledgeable, explained as he went along, & is very personable & professional. Prices cannot be beat! Will call Koolair for all future needs & recommend them to everyone I know.
