“I would highly recommend New Image Restoration to anyone. From sart to finish they have been professional and on top of things. Jason and Tashi were informative and kept in contact throughout. They guided me through this confusing process. Chris was the crew boss on my job for the demo. He ran a tight ship with his crew. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Chris and his crew were phenomenal to work with and made the process less painful. They worked quickly and always left everything very neat and clean at the end of the day. One day it was snowing when they came and before they left, they went the extra mile, and shoveled for me. I can't rave enough about Chris and his crew! This review is based on the owner's and the demolition crew.The reconstruction crew was pleasant, did nice work and also went above and beyond. I had a few minor issues, which are probably due more to my anxiety at the end of thisProject. Also, I was told it would be 3 days and we are now on day 6 for just reconstruction. All said and, almost done lol, Fabio and his crew did a great job.“

“Highly recommend these folks. A very big undertaking in a unique, old house where the initial ask was to take down the drop ceiling, install a new ceiling, and paint. They were very accommodating with a last minute ask of demo and replacing/ reconstructing drywall to better accommodate cabinetry, found a few areas where the previous owners cut corners (thereby exposing safety risks) and addressed them! Previously, the main bedroom area looked sad (like a bed in an old office because of the dropped ceiling) now this room is so beautiful, I feel the house has been significantly upgraded, and I am so proud to walk people through this area.“

“David Wickes has done many projects, large and small, around our house. Like many homes in the area, age has caused everything in our house, including floors, walls, and door openings, to go slightly off-kilter. David is always keenly aware of the special issues that an older home presents when repairs or renovations are involved. He replaced our ugly, drafty, metal front door with a beautiful triple pane glass and wood door; he patiently figured out how to hang the new door properly in our slanted door opening. He also replaced a slipshod folding closet door that had been installed during an earlier renovation with a set of bespoke solid wood doors. David seems to take great joy in tracking down the perfect crystal doorknob or time-period appropriate moulding to make our house look its best. (He is also good at reparing damage inflicted on that beautiful moulding by exuberant puppies). I highly recommend David!“

“Erhard and Bill handled the restoration of our kitchen and basement that was damaged from a broken sewage pipe in the wall behind our kitchen. Both did a wonderful job of getting our house back to its original form and did so expeditiously and with great care and detail. The communicated very clearly each day what they would be working on and I greatly appreciate them finishing the job sooner than the communicated project timeline initially provided so my family would be able to enjoy the Christmas holiday. With that said, I would highly recommend Quantum and the team of Erhard and Bill for any of your restoration projects.“

I recently had the roof of my house collapse under a mountain of snow and ice, resulting in many thousands of dollars in interior damage from water and debris -- sopping wet drywall and insulation, cracked ceilings, personal items and clothing destroyed or soiled, and more. “We called Moisture Master Pros to detect where our water leaks were coming from after various "professionals" came and failed. The technician, Josh, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient at explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. We couldn't be happier with Josh. The report was thorough and clearly explains which actions we need to take to fix our current problems and prevent potential new ones. The only tiny complain is that the report was later than they promised, and we had to ask a couple of times, but the office was responsive and professional. We will start addressing all MMP's recommendations and we hope this will finally solve our water leak issues. As of now, we definitely recommend MMP!“

“ServiceMaster By Artec is absolutely the company that I would recommend to anyone in need of restoration work. I had a plumbing issue that led to a much larger issue. ServiceMaster came out right away and got the water cleaned up and got the mitigation squared away immediately. When it was time for the restoration work to begin, they were fast, professional, communicative, and did a great job. Within seven days, carpentry/drywall work was done, flooring was done, and painting was done. At one point, we hit a snag with a leaky pipe, and rather than telling me that I had to have a plumber come out, the project manager came out and took a look at it himself, and was able to easily resolve the issue, without the need for the added expense of a plumber, which appreciate beyond words. They were absolutely wonderful, and though I hope I never find myself in a situation in which I need them again, they are who I would call, in a heartbeat.“

“When we saw that sewage had backed up into our basement on a Saturday night, we were appalled at the smell and destruction it caused. We received a recommendation for Triage Restoration from our friend, Marc Goldberg of Space and Company, and called on Sunday to leave a message. 10 minutes later, Patti White called to offer their complete services. She answered all of my questions and, due to our scheduling conflict, sent out Shannon and Mark on Tuesday.They took care of everything; moving stuff, removing carpet and contaminated items, cleaning, and air filtration! By Saturday, restoration was complete. Everyone from Triage showed professional, caring treatment of us and our belongings. Patti was able to provide an estimate range on our first call and the final number was right on. They also coordinated with our insurance company.We were so relieved that this nasty job was handled so quickly and professionally that I had to write a review. Thanks again to all of you!“
