I had water damage and they were amazing with their service. They came immediately, set up the dryers and visited daily until the floor was dry. In addition, when I asked them to return a few months later, just to assure me things were dry, they promptly came out the next day to do a measurement. Shannon and Brittany were always pleasant, helpful and ready to assist. I truly recommend this company.

When we saw that sewage had backed up into our basement on a Saturday night, we were appalled at the smell and destruction it caused. We received a recommendation for Triage Restoration from our friend, Marc Goldberg of Space and Company, and called on Sunday to leave a message. 10 minutes later, Patti White called to offer their complete services. She answered all of my questions and, due to our scheduling conflict, sent out Shannon and Mark on Tuesday.They took care of everything; moving stuff, removing carpet and contaminated items, cleaning, and air filtration! Found this awesome small business about 7 years ago when sewage backed up in my basement. They made an extremely stressful time much easier on my nerves. Needless to say that when a need arosed again that they were the first on my call list. Shannon and crew are very thorough and explained everything so that I could understand the processes .I highly recommend you give them a try when you have water issues.
