During a recent rainstorm our roof started to leak. I texted Jamie & my husband followed up with a phone call to the company. We didn’t think it was the roof, but we didn’t know who else to call.

Jamie fit us into the schedule & was there early morning. His initial assessment was that water was somehow getting in via our in the wall AC. He said he would have some of his guys the next day to see what they could do.

The roofing experts came early the next morning to further assess things. They found a small space around our window & filled it with silicone. They double checked the roof & found that it was definitely solid. They didn’t have to seal the hole, but they did anyway because they wanted to help & because they have integrity. Even though it wasn’t the roof, they went above & beyond what is necessary. And they didn’t charge us anything! Eventually we will close in the AC area & get new siding. When we are ready to do that we will certainly contact Jamie & Trenton Roofing & Siding! Thank you gentleman for helping to make our Christmas special & dry! ?“

“After searching around and looking at the work of a few contractors we contacted Mike from KPI Jr about a complete exterior renovation of our home in Fairless Hills. We had scheduled 3 contractors for estimates and of the 3 one did not show up, Mike gave us an estimate and we had one more estimate. The other estimate did not include the extras that we added on after deciding to go with Mike and that estimate was over $20k higher than Mike. “This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“
