I just recently started going to stepping stones in bridgeville for my spravato treatments and I am very pleased with my experience there. Jamie is awesome! She was able to deal with my insurance ( Medicare) /prior authorizations/ speciality pharmacy and scheduling and did it as fast as humanely possible so I could get the treatment started since I was in such a negative headspace. I'm very happy finding this place and will be coming here now for all my mental health treatments and medication management.
I’ve had such a great experience here. The providers are incredibly kind and compassionate. Larissa and Sumiyah really take the time to understand your needs and approach your care in a thoughtful and personalized way. Dr. Shaikh is a wonderful psychiatrist who is attentive, knowledgeable, and someone who truly cares about his patients. It was also very easy to get onboarded as a new patient, which made the whole process feel smooth and easy.
