The providers at The Nexus Group are recognized for their compassionate and collaborative approach in treating a full spectrum of mental health conditions and disorders. They truly care about their patients, are thoughtful about medication, and respect patients' opinions. The providers listen carefully to patients' thoughts and experiences with treatment, and are able to identify underlying conditions. They clearly explain the pros and cons of different treatment options. Patients feel heard and valued, and appreciate the providers' empathetic and earnest approach. The Nexus Group provides wonderful outside recommendations for various testing and services they don’t provide, which have further helped patients. The clinic has a wonderful office staff, and patients highly recommend reaching out to The Nexus Group for support. Patients have improved a lot and are doing better now, thanks to the help of The Nexus Group's providers.
Great people and helpful services. Would recommend to anyone as they have made my treatment a very easy process and are very knowledgeable of the medications. They have the best communication from any medical provider I’ve ever been to, I enjoy being a patient here. The office is pretty chill too :)
I worked with Greta for over a year.
She truly cares about her patients, is thoughtful about medication, and respects my opinions. At first, I was hesitant about starting medication, and she completely respected my concerns. When I later became more open to it, she suggested a gradual approach and always listened carefully to my thoughts and experiences with the treatment.
She was also able to identify my underlying conditions and clearly explain the pros and cons of different treatment options. I have improved a lot and am doing better now! She was my first psychiatrist and helped me tremendously. I highly recommend reaching out to Greta for support.
I cannot say enough good things about The Nexus Group or, more specifically, Melanie Valenti. I sought psychiatry services at a time when I was feeling pretty low; I had been brushed off by many providers for my mental health hurdles and was at a point where I thought I would never find help because I wasn’t treatable and was too much of an enigma.
