Been going here for years. Dr. Kristen is great. However, the app that they force you to use is one step up from worthless. It never works, and you basically can’t do business with them any other way. I got sick of the app never working and various issues with miscommunication and decided to go to another practice. Get rid of the app and I’m sure people would quit complaining
I havent gotten much help from anywhere except from this psychiatry practice. They are great with head injury patients and overall the psychiatrists and nurse practitioners are very professional and do a solid job at what they do. I am very surprised by the comments I am seeing here. i dont think people realize that waiting for appointments longer than 15 minutes is normal when the person in front of you also has problems that need attention. A lot of the comments I am seeing seem very self centered. I realize many of you are in pain or are dealing with your own issues but come on. This is a great psychiatry practice. As a professional counselor, I have had the pleasure of referring several patients to Dr. Ravi Kant for psychiatric treatment, and I must say, he is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever worked with. One of the things that truly sets Dr. Kant apart from his peers is his willingness to take the time to consult with the patient's therapist, which is something that is unfortunately not very common in the field.
