I own a 136 yr old 3 story home with box gutters. I had dangerous ice build ups & ice cycles at 3 different locations. I called numerous roofing company's before finding one that worked on box gutters.
Kurt from sales kept me informed with the whole process via text,calls,emails & pictures. Even after repair was done & I needed them back after it rained-he was just as professional & nice as in the beginning.
Steve, who did the work was very nice, knowledgeable and kept me informed with pictures. When he came back, he was just as pleasant and did the repair quickly and professionally.

The entire B&S crew was excellent. I met initially with Nick on a consult who provided an estimate quickly, answered questions and made himself available throughout the entire project. Before the roof was started, I met with Jay, Mike & Billy to discuss when they'd start and how everything would be done to minimize the impact to our business. Everything went off as planned, was completed ahead of schedule, was very clean, workmanlike and beyond my expectations. I will use them again for future projects.
