A bird had made a nest in a gap in our siding and I called yesterday. A techician was scheduled to come out this morning. When Jim Coghlan arrived he knew exactly what to do and while he wasn't expecting to do the work this morning, he was kind enough to get the work done right away. He knew I needed to get back to work and he took care of the problem and also found a bee's nest and took care of that as well! I am so grateful for the service Jim provided this morning.“
