“I went to PT after having knee surgery. Mike Dellapena was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, funny and supportive; knows his stuff. Mike pushed me to make the most of each session. He clearly explained everything we were doing and why we were doing certain exercises. I would go back to Mike D at Strive without hesitation.”
“I just had my first baby via unscheduled C section. PT was suggested to me during my pregnancy but I didn’t make that a priority. I stayed active during pregnancy and figured that would be enough. I’ve been working with Angela with core, balance, and overall full body (addressing things I’ve just ignored).
Between the in office exercises and the home exercises, I’ve been feeling better and stronger each visit.
The whole staff is welcoming & I highly recommend BMSR. The PTs sometimes balance more than 1 patient at a time, but I feel like my problems are addressed and able to get a productive session in
