A friendly receptionist. A quick appointment, and talented and very pleasant service men of the trade, who show up very promptly, do the needed work expertly, and billing is always reasonable! If the guys are busy on other jobs, the actual owner, Chuck Keiper will show up, diagnose and then do the work, himself. I’m happy I found this company in my area which has an acute shortage of talented, nice and fair trades! Today, the owner’s son and partner did an expert tune up on my water conditioning system.
