I’ve already posted rave reviews of this company and it’s staff all over my community FB page! ? When you have a plumbing problem and call Keiper Plumbing and Heating, here’s what you get. A friendly receptionist. A quick appointment, and talented and very pleasant service men of the trade, who show up very promptly, do the needed work expertly, and billing is always reasonable! If the guys are busy on other jobs, the actual owner, Chuck Keiper will show up, diagnose and then do the work, himself. Had a leak, on a Friday in the freezing winter, they showed up in minutes!! Price was high, but you get what you pay for…Work was done fast and efficiently, problem was solved and we are happy!

I contacted Keiper Plumbing on Monday and scheduled a service appointment for Wednesday. They not only showed up within the window they promised but also called to let me know they were on their way. Scott and Blake greeted me and thoroughly diagnosed my plumbing issue. They gave me a few options for a solution and I was able to have them fix the problem during the time they were here. Scott and Blake were polite, respectful and professional. The cost of the service work and subsequent replacement of my toilet was reasonable and fair.
