Rich has been our plumber for many years. He's done work for us so many times on various things & at various houses & we are always very pleased with the work.Recently, I tried to resolve a slow flushing upstairs toilet. I did the auger right to the end, but still no luck. Rich removed a clog somehow & installed new parts in the fill tank. Great job as usual. Reasonable price.
