Him and his crew ripped off the old roof and installed a new roof. They arrived early in the A.M. when they said, around 7:30AM and finished the job in 1 day. I also bought seamless gutters with leaf guards from him and they installed the gutters the next day. I had many questions and he always answered me promptly. He did not add additional charges on at the end of the job, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend him!“

“I had a concern about a year after installation where the shingles fell too far over the gutter line on one side. Vincent came out and inspected it and provided a solution, he was very friendly and understanding of my concerns. He even inspected the rest of the roof to make sure everything looked good and helped us clean the back side gutters. “We very, very highly recommend family restoration! We needed a roof replaced so we reached out to several local roofing companies for estimates. The estimate from family restoration was reasonable and in line with two of the other estimates. We selected the restoration because the sales approach was absolutely no pressure contract was in simple, easy to understand language in a no nonsense approach. The work was delayed a few days due to weather, but on the day of the installation, the doorbell rang promptly at 7:30 to let us know they were about to begin, and they completed the roof the same day.
