“My experience with O'leary Roofing was very good from the very beginning. The entire staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The roofers showed up early in the morning and completed the job by early evening. They were extremely respectful of my property, and kept the noise level down for my neighbors. Before they left, the entire area was cleaned, nails removed, and I was asked if I was satisfied with the exterior conditions. “My roof was damaged after a tree fell on it during a storm. They were very good at communicating what they were going to do and always confirmed with me beforehand. Their prices are very reasonable considering how much they did concerning my house. They were very clean and punctual, never leaving the outside of my home a mess. My roof looks better than its ever looked thanks to them. Not only did they fix my roof, they even cleaned my gutters which I didn't even ask of them. “I want to take the time out to review my experience with Countrywide Enterprises. I would like to start off with the fact that when I came in contact with this company, I had just suffered a water damage in my secondary home, I was in a traumatic state of mind, and I was shocked, worrisome, naïve, confused and unexperienced. I was not a brand new homeowner, but this was the first time that I was exposed to this type of situation, 90% of my house was destroyed. I spoke to Arthur Garry, the owner of CWE, who was referred to me and it was the best thing I could have asked for and needed. Arthur is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and honest. For someone who have never dealt with the insurance company, I was faced with intimidation and dishonesty but speaking with Arthur, he reassured me that he was going to help me throughout the process. It took 14 months but Arthur kept his word and he was there and my claim was successfully paid and my house was reconstructed. My house is even more beautiful and well-constructed than before, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Everyone at CWE was very helpful and professional which is much appreciated but Katelyn was a sweetheart, she would call me or email me with updates or for my opinion on the reconstruction process. She was patient, understanding and professional. As, I stated before, this was my first time dealing with such a nightmare and the only reason why I didn’t have a mental breakdown was because of the dedicated, friendly and professional service that I experienced from everyone at CWE. My house is beautiful, functional, the finishes are well done, and the quality is excellent, it does not look like it was rushed or done by inexperienced workers. “My roof developed a leak while I was away skiing. Called my handyman who said the job was too big for him, and he recommended Frankie to me. It was said that “He does good work.” Frankie came out and tarped my roof for me (when I was sick and couldn’t do it myself) just before a Nor’easter came in. I was a bit worried because there wasn’t a lot of notice, but Frankie came through. A little bit later after I had worked with insurance, Frankie & co came out and replaced the roof. Price was surprisingly reasonable, quality is solid, and he was very easy to work with. They even repaired a bit of siding too. Also, one thing that really inspired confidence is one of the times I came out to check (mostly to check the wood planks under the roof for rot), I saw the team using what appeared to be fall gear - one roofer was tied off and belayed by another roofer using a very strong and professional looking rope. I took it as a good sign that these guys were professionals and not some fly-by-night outfit that is very common in the roofing industry. He does good work indeed. Very happy with my new roof.“
