“Had a bad storm blow apart multiple sections of my downspouts leading to rainwater pounding my roof, pooling all over my back patio, and the spout banging against the house. I called a few places to come take a look and give me a quote, but most companies were not available for weeks and one even told me he could not help because he didn’t work on the type of gutters we had even though the issue was with the downspouts. We had another bad storm approaching and I was worried the issue was going to get worse, but thankfully I contacted Completely Custom and they really saved the day. Even though it was last minute, they had guys come out the next day while I was at work and fix everything up for me no questions asked. I got home to see the problem that was worrying me completely solved, and it was a huge relief to me. Everything held up through the storm, and the owner even contacted me afterwards to make sure everything went okay. You don’t see a lot of businesses that truly care about helping anymore, but Teddy and the crew here went above and beyond to get me through and fix the issue I was having. It is very much appreciated, and I would use the company again in the future!”
