Simon was exceptionally great to work with - he took the time to walk around with me, made some suggestions, but in the end didn't push me for anything I wasn't ready to spend money on.The work was efficient, and the quality well above what I was expecting. There was a slight delay due to weather and Simon was communicative about when they would come out to finish the job. All trash was removed, and I am very happy with the final results.All high marks with no surprises - always wonderful from a contractor and deserving of more business! If I have need in the future I'll be using Simon again!

Hiring Simon was one of the best decisions on my renovation project; good quality work, good value, professional, responsive. Simon worked with me to change several rotted cedar siding planks keeping the original character of the home and saving me a full siding replacement, tuned my roof, even painted my deck.
