Bruno Roofing & Siding is a family business. Bruno is a roofer who can be trusted. He is reasonable and reliable. Customers say he is wonderful and responsive. He responds promptly to needs for roof inspection and repairs. He repaired a roof in two spots at two separate times and did not try to sell a new roof or upsell. Pricing was reasonable and very fair. He advised that an original roof had poor quality shingles. After 4 repairs for 4 different problems, a customer asked for a new roof quote with a quality shingle. He offered a quality GAF Timberline HD product with a very fair price. The roof was installed with an excellent team of roofers and looks beautiful. His son assisted. In a townhouse community, 4 out of the 6 townhouses in a cluster had different degrees of damage. Bruno arrived with his son and resolved all the roof issues with quality workmanship and very fair pricing. It was a cold and windy day. This did not seem to bother him and his son. A crew did an entire roof, which is HUGE, in 1 day and cleaned up like they had never been there. Bruno and his crew showed up on time and started to work right away. By the time a customer got home, they had completed their job. Bruno and his crew are masters at their craft. Customers are completely satisfied with their work and very happy by the respect they showed for their property and a neighbor’s property. Their diligence and cleanliness goes well above and beyond. Bruno has repaired and installed over 20 roofs. He is always counted on to do the job right. He wants to make customers happy.
Bruno had advised us that our original roof installed was poor quality shingles. After 4 repairs for 4 different problems and anticipating more we asked Bruno for a new roof quote with a quality shingle. He offered a quality GAF Timberline HD product with a very fair price. The roof was installed yesterday with an excellent team of roofers. It looks beautiful. His son assisted so this family business plans to continue. It is a gift to find someone you can trust.
