The staff are knowledgeable. They are skilled with reactive dogs and other types. Staff and the owner are all wonderful people. This is by far the best daycare.“

The meet and greet showed how seriously they take getting to know dogs before allowing them in. “I love HPI! The customer service is great and the staff will answer any question you have. Everyone who works there is personable and truly loves animals. The place is small and they cap their capacity so I know my pets get as much attention as possible. They take the dogs outside one at a time, so you know your pet is getting the care they need. It's also super clean. The dogs and cats stay in separate, temperature controlled facilities. If there's an emergency, the vet is only feet away. You won't find a better boarding facility!!“

“Today Kadee groomed my rescued Yorkie, who had long, matted and dirty fur and is usually terrified by people he doesn’t know. Kadee was incredibly kind, and gentle. She is highly skilled and spent all the time necessary to remove the matted fur, bathe my little dog and condition his fur and skin. I’m so happy that I used Kadee’s services. I can promise that she will continue to take care of my little dog.“
