Despite a mixed bag of reviews online, we've always had good experiences here. Our Alaskan Malamute Luka has been coming every 3 to 4 months since he was 4 months old. Now at 18 months, he is accustomed being bathed, de-shed/brushed, and having his nails done. We've had two primary bathers work with him, and they both have seemed patient and gentle. Luka is large (138 lbs), vocal, and does NOT like his feet touched so I know he isn't easy to manage in a bath and blowout. It is pricey, but honestly what isn't anymore? This was our first time here and we did not regret it. Our character of a dog was extremely knotted, smelly and is generally unpleasant to be around when grooming. He has been asked not to come back to other groomers. He has returned to us in the past looking like someone taped a shaver to a yard stick and went at him. This time, while he did need a full shave, he came back evenly smooth. I was honestly so embarrassed about the whole ordeal I told them he was my daughter's dog and a rescue. Nikki has been fantastic with my hyper super happy puppy. She is very pleasant and Oscar looks very handsome when I pick him up. Thank you Nikki! You must have amazing patience. I appreciate all you do to help Oscar stay happy and healthy.
