The staff are highly trained, warm, and friendly, keeping owners updated with photos and detailed report cards about their pets’ days. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff take into account what each dog needs, whether it’s socialization or exercise. Dogs enjoy activities like the splash pad, and some even take the bus to and from the facility. The staff are especially helpful and caring, making owners feel confident leaving their dogs there. Dogs often have a great time, with many enjoying the water park and indoor/outdoor spaces, and some are excited to go back whenever they mention “camp.” Whether for boarding or training, Bark U makes sure dogs are happy and cared for like family.
We recently boarded our pup at Bark U for three nights, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their check-in and check-out process runs like a well-oiled machine, making everything seamless and stress-free.
What really stood out was how much they genuinely got to know our pup. At pickup, one of his caregivers took the time to give us a detailed update on how he did both in the play yard and overnight. Since boarding and daycare are new experiences for him, they also shared thoughtful recommendations about what might help him feel even more comfortable during future stays.
It's clear that the team at Bark U truly cares about every dog in their care. We're so grateful to have found a place we can trust, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing our pup is in such capable and caring hands whenever we travel. We highly recommend Bark U!
We've had a great experience with Bark U! Every time I drop Peanut off or pick him up in the lobby, the process is quick, smooth, and always on time. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
The best part is seeing how happy Peanut is every time I pick him up. It's clear he has a wonderful time there. I also loved receiving the report card and photos from his first day. It was such a thoughtful touch and gave me peace of mind knowing he was having fun and being well cared for. Highly recommend Bark U to anyone looking for a caring and dependable dog daycare!
We used Bark U to board our dog, Dart, while we were out of town and the experience could not have been better. The facilities and staff are incredible. They took incredible car of Dart!
