ABC does not care about your availability at all, you will be obligated to work any day and anytime of the week. Always Best Care does call you last minute to fill in a case if an employee calls out. They prepared meals, made sure mom ate and stayed hydrated, kept her moving each day with walker, checked on her overnight, and ensured she took her medications on time. They also kept detailed daily records which we truly appreciated. The owner, Sherell, personally stopped in during the week to check on mom and fill her weekly medication boxes, which gave us great peace of mind.
