Been with them going on 3 years. Ready to put my two weeks notice in. The front desk receptionist Mia, is mean & disrespectful. To the point we went at it again yesterday in the office for the 3rd time. They are unorganized. Disrespectful, not understanding. They send you to clients houses that they no nothing about. The office been a mess since Michelle (director left) our new director Rashawn just quit. It’s horrible. Especially with the schedules. This company is a horrible company to work for. Although I enjoyed my time serving the community and caretakers, the office was a complete mess. I was terribly bullied, along with other staff within the office. I even escalated it twice, unfortunately all I received was an email apologizing almost a month later from the incident. This person was not reprimanded for the embarrassment and (verbal/physical) disrespect that I endured for three months while working there. I pray that the Delaware Department of Labor is notified about the conditions of mistreatment of the office staff and that some one speaks up before it’s too late. Bullying should not be tolerated!

This company is unprofessional, takes zero responsibility, has no sympathy or empathy. How do you employee people who’s job it is to take care of the elderly but you have NO system in place to keep track of your employees if they show up if they are working that day. If you have ANY issues they do NOT care. They correct absolutly nothing and it’s like talking to a child who gives rebuttals when you have any problem. My 94 year old grandmother was left on 3 separate occasions with no aid to show. Each time I called to speak to Katherine she’s had the WORST attitude and speaks over me in every way possible.
