Powered by Love Home Care provided outstanding care for my mom. Every aide was excellent - attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her well-being. They prepared meals, made sure mom ate and stayed hydrated, kept her moving each day with walker, checked on her overnight, and ensured she took her medications on time. They also kept detailed daily records which we truly appreciated. The owner, Sherell, personally stopped in during the week to check on mom and fill her weekly medication boxes, which gave us great peace of mind. Truly excellent, caring, flexible care. Mom needed stabilization and to get into a new routine after coming out of the hospital and the team at Powered by Love was recommended to us by a few nurses at her hospital. We contacted a few, and what made PbL different was how accessible and communicative they were. Then when we met and went over services, their attitude was, no job was too big or too small--which is great when you're trying to figure things out. They're professional and trustworthy and responsive. Highly recommend.
Our family will never be able to express the gratitude and love we have for Sherelle and all the staff at Powered By Love. They became part of our family for the process and cared for our father with so much love, care and dignity. With utmost love and professionalism they interacted not just with him, but us, his children, and his wife, and her children, his friends - so incredibly helpful during this difficult time.
