I usually have a pragmatic approach to shopping: my items need to be functional, (perceived) good value, and excellent customer service. I can attest that all 3 have been met with Liz Fuller, the now Assistant Manager.
Detailed review:
Before moving to a new home, I worked very closely with Liz Fuller, an Account Manager and now Assistant Manager (well deserved promotion). We worked through every room. What I appreciated about Liz the most was:
1) Responsiveness. Liz was always responsive via phone or e-mail. We were in constant communication. And even though I probably called her more often (I'm Type A), she always answered or responded.
2) Attention to detail and budget. While I didn't give Liz a clear budget (and I should have had one), I emphasized function and value over anything. Almost all the pieces I purchased were either on sale and/or if it was a bit of a splurge, it was justifiable (to me). Liz understood where I stood on good value and never pushed me (i.e. to buy a $30k couch for example). I really appreciated her working with me.
3) The aftercare. Even post sale, Liz was still responsive. This says so much about her and the brand. When there was an issue, she always tried to make things right and made sure I was satisfied.
4) We just had fun! This was like designing with a friend almost. It made the whole process a lot less stressful especially when the home process already is so stressful.
While I cannot guarantee I'll have another huge project like this again (never say never), I am thankful for her generosity in time and attentiveness. I am absolutely in love with my new furniture and I recommend anyone looking to buy anything to look for her.
I will update this review if things change but for now, I am enthusiastically singing her praises! This is coming from someone who has extremely high standards.

Ciera is just the opposite. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time out to share what she thinks it's take for your hair to get healthy. I really appreciate that. You can tell she cares and took the time to learn alot about her profession. On top of that her salon is very clean, I was seen as soon as entered the door, no waiting for her to finish the client before me. And while she was doing my hair, I didn't have to wait for her to finish eating or talking on the phone. She explained to me what she was doing throgh the whole process and it was so relaxing I even caught myself falling asleep a couple of times. She is very professional and a nice person to talk to. She makes you feel very comfortable. And my hair turned out exactly the way I was picturing it. All I did was tell her how I wore it when I used to get it done. I am so glad I made that appointment becasue I had been looking for a classy, professional for a minute. From the time I entered until the time I left, I was very happy with the whole experience.
Verien has been cutting my girls hair for a few years now. I am so thankful I found him....there is honestly no one more kind and compassionate. He genuinely loves my dogs which eases my mind whenever I drop them off. I know they will always get a CONSISTENTLY great haircut and be cared for and loved on the whole time. To get both my girls done is usually only like 2 hours unlike most places I used to go to where they would keep them ALL day which I hated. Parking is fantastic, pricing is fantastic and it's just an all around great place.
Hands down the best hyper customized facial I ever had. She is truly a master of her trade! Can’t wait to see how my skin changes. I walked out of there glowing!

This family operated company has been our go to HVAC for some time. They are responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced.
After suffering, neck and back disc herniations, I have experienced numerous therapies, including physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, spinal decompression therapy, myofascial release massages, etc. My experience with Dr. Miller at Lifetime over the last five weeks has dwarfed all of those therapies combined and my progress has been outstanding! He is knowledgeable, personable, and thorough and comes with the highest recommendation.

Very professional they help you pick your glasses the customer service is on point the staff is great I been knowing one of the staff for over 10years. The doctor Jack very pleasant he listening to your concerns in and the visit is never rushed at all. I love coming to here.

My experience with Devon from K. Loren Hair Studio was absolutely amazing. From the time I arrived at the salon to her putting the finishing touches on my Do, everything was what I could only hope for. The atmosphere was very welcoming, relaxed and clean. Not to mention, judgement free. I gave Devon an idea of what I wanted and she used her creative freedom an executed it beautifully. I can't even express my gratitude and how happy I am with the whole experience. I got heavy highlights, tone and cut, it took some time but didnt feel like it was drawn out. I left there with my confidence restored. Definitely worth the trip from Lancaster. Highly recommend
I went to Amy's for the first time last week, and I was 100% satisfied.
I went for full service, got my hair washed and blow dryed and they were gentle on my hair as it is long and think plus curly in texture. She took hee time detangling I am tender headed, lol that was a concern of mines. Same with the blow dry whatever product they used it was easy to blow it dry although my hair does better when it is still wet and she dried it alot with the towel it still combed right through. I don't have all the pictures Amy took, of the finished product. But after the wash, and the separation of the hair, I would say it took 5.5 hrs. And the stylist clocked it ?? lol just want i wanted exactly!
Okay if you are looking for a new hair salon (or even if you’re not) THIS IS THE PLACE. I recommend it to literally all of my friends. The girls here are SO nice and attentive. I came in with a vision that a previous salon told me was impossible and not only did they make it happen, they made it better than I expected. Rachel is so cool and has such a calming vibe like I am such a doormat and get so anxious with haircuts/color because I always worry my asks are too much. Rachel took everything I said to heart and did the dang thing fr. Also, even though I LOVE my hair, if something was off I would’ve 10000% been comfortable to communicate that to her (HUGE for the socially anxious community). Anyways they’re awesome and i’m done rambling LOL.
Stylist: Rachel is amazing and I would trust her with my actual life. If I had to enter the hunger games I would want her to be my stylist like that’s how deep my trust in her goes.

She does a great job with my haircut, and was phenomenal with my 7-year-old who is afraid of haircuts.
I had a haircolor and cut with Abby. The color came out beautifully. I think I could have communicated better about the cut and it turned out shorter than I wanted but it's okay, hair grows back :)
I was also really surprised by the price and thought I would only be paying 140 with tip. It wasn't communicated that anything was extra.
But I'm really low maintenance and I needed this so it was worth it.

I've been here twice and will continue going. It's a father-daughter team here, both are very friendly, I've gotten great haircuts, and I just enjoy the overall vibe. There are a number of choices for barbers in the area and I've tried four--this is my go-to now that I've found it.
Phil has cut my hair for the past 7 years or so. He always does a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend him highly enough! Just listen to a couple Kinks records before you go in to brush up on your stuff.
I absolutely love the people that work there and the services. But my appointments are always canceled at the last moment because of some “emergency” and then it’s impossible to get another appointment.
The best nail salon in the area hands down! I get regular manicures and pedicures here and its clean luxurious inside, the staff is friendly and talented and they do a beautiful job. They also have the largest selection of colors of dazzle dry I have seen locally.

I actually really love this salon! The first time I came was just out of convenience because it’s next to my eye brow salon, but I keep coming back (even after trying other, “nicer” places within walking distance) because everyone here is really kind and I always love how my nails look. Once I walked in and they told me it was a 20 minute wait. I was totally fine with that and they kept apologizing! I came in once to get my gels removed - I had them done down the street and it had been so poorly done that my nails were destroyed - and they did their best to fix the damage. Highly recommend!

I went to Elegant Brows by Nilam for the first time over the weekend to get my eyebrows threaded. She did a great job! Also I appreciated that they were open on Sunday. I was visiting a friend in Bryn Mawr and searched for local eyebrow threading services nearby and found this salon. I don't live close by, but this might be worth making the drive once a month!
Mary did an incredible job with this cut! My hair feels so much healthier and has SHAPE to it now. She gave a quick consultation about what I was looking for and gave suggestions on what to try. I trusted her vision and she have me a very much needed fresh look. I got a trim with a rounded back and face-framing pieces. I am a very low maintenance kind of girl so this cut will make my morning so routine easy. I'm extremely happy how it came out. Mary is also just super friendly and inviting! My experience with stylist/proprietor Sheena was very professional & informing. I liked the fact that she not only was interested in delivering the requested hairstyle I wanted BUT was also interested in whole person and not just doing the hair on my head. She was asking questions and evaluating my hair health and lack thereof. I couldn’t have appreciated that more for that’s the type of hairstylist I’m interested in working with because she showed concern. The end outcome not only resulted in an head turning hairstyle but a fantastic one as well and was worth the appt wait, time & trip there! I was experiencing really bad neck pain and they had me in within 2 hours. The masseuse did a fantastic job - one of the best neck massages I've had, and I left feeling a lot better. Highly recommend!
I unfortunately had four root canals. I would have to say that the two root canals Dr. Wollock performed went very smoothly compared to my prior root canals. The worst part is typically the beginning of the procedure but this time around I did not feel that much pain. The feeling was more of a discomfort at times.
My daughter has been a patient here for about 4 years and it has been a great experience. The staff are all nice, they are always on time and they are accommodating with their schedule. Even when they are all booked up they still work to get as many patients in for their dental needs. If you are looking for an office your kids can grow with then look no further. Its always clean and bright inside.
I have been coming to this office for years. Started pre-pandemic, moved away during the pandemic, came back and still love the office. My appointments have always been very punctual. Dr Donoho and all his staff are exemplary. I am still trying to convince my husband to go to the dentist. After some bad experiences he has stopped going to dentists. I am a needle phobe and not the easiest patient as I have allergies and sensitivities to saccharin. Everyone who works at this office has been wonderful, gentle and professional.

Searched for Alternative medicine after bad experience with Gastroenterologists for a bacteria related stomach issue. Found Dr Martin and Traci and it has been life changing. I felt 70% better within the first week from one supplement he prescribed and proceeded to improve each week after. I must loi was super human I went in so tight and achy and left feeling like a million dollars but as far as going back I won’t be due to the lack of communication when it comes to your money they expect for you to pay for your session even if you did not recieve there text they will charge your card I think that’s unfair I could see a percentage no they want to full amount be ware other than that great place but they lost a customer.
