Dr Sarah Reinhardt and team are seriously the best and they always have my back. I had a medical emergency Monday and they were able to squeeze me in as soon as Thursday to re-assure me and give me better details in regards to what happened to me. Wonderful staff, always kind and happy. Dr Sarah was even kind enough to answer my Fiances questions as well. Love this office.

First visit reviewed my history. Asked a lot of questions and here's the big one. He actually listened to me. and conversed for an hour on medical issues and what his thoughts for going forward.

I have been with DR. Reinhardt for approx. 25 years. He and his staff are courteous and very professional. These bad reviews prompted me to write a review which I rarely do. As far as caring about patients, they all do and these bad reviews, there has to be something else to the story. None of us are perfect and if there is an error made it is always corrected promptly with a an explanation and apology. Doc always takes as much time as he can to hear you out and do what is right for you. I've seen him at night in Martinsburg and Altoona Hospitals seeing patients, so he works long hours because he CARES
