The door handles on our French Door broke and needed to be replaced. Since the receipt stated there was a lifetime warranty, I called and spoke with David. He said he would contact the manufacturer and call me back. After 5 left messages and a complaint to the BBB, I called the manufacturer myself and hired a handyman to install the new handles. This business is highly unresponsive.Services: General door installation

They came out to do my windows 7 years ago at a different address and were great. I contacted them again and they did 4 windows. I called them back to do the measurements on the rest of my home qnd they never called me back and never gave me an estimate despite but few calls to them even talking to their son...smh I thought they were really good back in the day but I guess they've not lived up to their good standards and are too busy for the smaller jobs. Best ever experience I have had with a contractor in Jupiter Florida. The personal attention was excellent. I was away when the job was to be performed. Emilio took care of all the logistics and personally did all the measurements. Todd, Halie, and Sam were true professionals. Cannot recommend Window Professionals enough!!
