I decided after numerous quotes and researching replacement window brands to use a local company. We interviewed a few and decided on Penn Windows. I am very happy we did. There is not an area within the entire process of shopping for and having windows installed, that Penn Windows did not excel. Starting with Andy, who is an excellent salesman and will not use pressure tactics to get a sale. Then the team that answers the phone when you call in with questions and provides quick and accurate answers. Love my new windows and sliding glass door. Matt did a perfect job installing them. It is a comfort to know that my home is warmer. I am planning to do more windows replacements in the future. This company was friendly and efficient. Just a nice experience!
In past years Penn has installed a new front door as well as a new patio slider door for us. Recently we had them replace every window in our house. From the quoting process to the measurement process to installation, everyone we interacted with was professional and great to work with. We are very pleased with the doors and the new windows and highly recommend them.
