Dropped in for Sunday open mat and Jamie was very helpful making sure I got setup with waivers and got some good rolls in. I come from a more traditional gym and this was my first time visiting another so I was slightly nervous but he did a great job of making me feel comfortable. Jon was also super responsive over email when I had questions ahead of time.Overall great experience and will definitely be back when I’m in town.

Don't let the intimidating looks of the instructors and gym members fool you. The place offers a welcoming and safe environment for beginners, with patient instructors guiding newcomers through fundamental techniques. If you're advanced, there are plenty of skilled practitioners who compete regularly to help you grow further.
