Stacy was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable and the entire business was clean and professional. The artists are the same way, each of them are so kind, funny, and willing to give input regardless of if you’re their client or not. “Nathalie was wonderful! I had my b/l tragus pierced. Everything was clean and sterile and she explained everything she was doing from beginning to end. There was just a little pressure and it was over. I’ll be going back next week to get my flats done once my earrings come in. The price ms were reasonable and she was so friendly and helpful.”

“Excellent service. In summary I walked in with an issue with my nose piercing which I had had a little under a year. The original piercing had fell out and earlier in the week I went to a different shop and what that shop replaced in my nostril was hurting more than when I had my nostril pierced 11 months prior and was hurting still days later. Well Tim here at Tattoo Galaxy saved the day! Once Tim took care of me I felt instant relief. He listened, was patient and also educated me on what was put in my nose as a replacement (should not have been used), what gauge selection should be used, helped me pick a new piercing and walked me through the process as he replaced the bad piece with the new one. Instant relief is what I felt and it’s been 2 days. No issues. Let me also add the studio was clean and welcoming.<br><br>Another side note is that someone came in wanting a specific piercing while I was there, he examined , and advised it would not be good for them so he did not do it! Awesome to see it wasn’t about the money but the care!<br><br>This business is a good distance from where I live but I will travel if I need service again for piercing or tattoo recolor. I’ve reached a certain age and I’m “funny” about my services. A1 service here. ????”

I first walked in to discuss what I wanted and make an appointment and the atmosphere was so welcoming! The place is also very clean and organized. Sam Sea did my tattoo and I am very happy with the outcome. He is very detail oriented and my tattoo came out better than the image I gave him. They are very reasonably priced and overall I am very happy with my experience.”
