“Frank was great. My best friend and I went to get matching best friend tattoos and not only was he amazing at helping us with the design, but it was my best friend's first tattoo, and he walked her though it and help to calm her nerves. He was funny and sincere and really was great helping us alter the design and color of the tattoo as well. We had such a great time, we will be going back in the future for sure.“
