“I’ve been a loyal client of Dermagrafix in Doylestown for the past four years, and I truly can’t say enough about my experience. I’ve worked with both Val and Kristy, and their expertise, care, and artistry have made a meaningful difference in my life.

I first came in after chemotherapy left me without brows, which really impacted my confidence. I often found myself hiding behind large eyeglasses in public. “Excellent service. In summary I walked in with an issue with my nose piercing which I had had a little under a year. The original piercing had fell out and earlier in the week I went to a different shop and what that shop replaced in my nostril was hurting more than when I had my nostril pierced 11 months prior and was hurting still days later. Well Tim here at Tattoo Galaxy saved the day! Once Tim took care of me I felt instant relief. He listened, was patient and also educated me on what was put in my nose as a replacement (should not have been used), what gauge selection should be used, helped me pick a new piercing and walked me through the process as he replaced the bad piece with the new one. Instant relief is what I felt and it’s been 2 days. No issues. Let me also add the studio was clean and welcoming.

Another side note is that someone came in wanting a specific piercing while I was there, he examined , and advised it would not be good for them so he did not do it! Awesome to see it wasn’t about the money but the care!

This business is a good distance from where I live but I will travel if I need service again for piercing or tattoo recolor. I’ve reached a certain age and I’m “funny” about my services. A1 service here. ????“
