Highly recommended, especially Madison! I couldn't believe that my second lobe piercings and helix piercing didn't hurt beyond the initial sting of the needle!My first helix piercing years ago at a different reputable piercing shop was more painful and took longer to heal, so I have a comparison. I would go back to Serenity Body Arts in a heartbeat. Madison demonstrated a great deal of care in making sure the placement was perfect and that I was happy with the locations before going ahead with the piercing. Larissa pierced my nose and was extremely professional, the day prior we were emailing back and forth with me telling her what I was looking for and she was very fast to respond and polite about it. The day of she made sure to say exactly what she was doing and when and added humor to each of the steps to calm any nerves.
