One of the very best tattoo shops in the Philadelphia area! My wife has gotten two tattoos done by the owner John Howie so far and is scheduled to go back very soon! I absolutely love this shop. John has an all woman shop of artists which I thought was very unique! His tattoos that he's done on my wife so far is transforming her life because she had some really bad tattoos done on her before which needed to be covered. I love it at Frequency tattoo! @birdtat did an incredible shoulder tattoo for me! Beautiful textured thorn heart, with highlights of red on the ends. Combined with delicate rose petals and wispy smoke. I’m in love! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the artists are all so kind and talented! I would definitely recommend you get tattoos here!
