“We wanted to install an attic fan and had heard good things about Andersen Electric so we called them for a quote. They came out and looked closely at the job and gave us a reasonable quote. When they came back out to do the job and climbed up into the attic they found that some of the vents in the roof that they had planned to use were faux/false vents. In order to proceed they would have had to cut through the envelope of the building. They correctly advised that only a roofer should be doing that. So unfortunately they were unable to install the attic fan. However they did not charge us for their time in coming out twice to try and make it work.That's the kind of trust and customer service you are looking for in a professional electrical contractor.Andersen Electric is now my goto for any electrical work.“
