We lost power during the recent wind/rain storm; our neighbors' power was all on, but we only had one light working. We had no lights, no water, and no heat for almost 3 days. PGE came back out and determined that wires were disconnected on our service mast; because of the risk of fire, they shut everything off and said we'd need a licensed electrician to restore power.

I called Christenson, and the friendly person who answered put in contact with Jeremy McKinney, who called me back promptly and was out here within two hours.
