“The receptionist, Susan, is amazing. She was very honest and went above and beyond expectations to cater to our home insurance company and help us save money even if it wasn’t with them. They let us tear off our old roof to save money and even allowed us to borrow their nail magnet to clean up our mess. I truly believe they had our best interest in mind. The crew cranked out the job pretty fast and worked very hard and professionally, communicating very clearly in the morning and asking questions when appropriate. The overall price was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received. My only complaint is that they finished the roof Friday and didn’t say anything before they left, (they left extra materials and debris around our house until Monday) but didn’t say “we’re done for the day and we’ll pick this stuff up next business day” or anything. We ended up cleaning up the debris. The invoice was very fair and I would go with them again. They really care about their customer satisfaction with the job. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.“

“Very happy with my new roof by Five Star Exteriors. We had a few delays due to rain however the roof was 99 percent complete on the first day with only the ridge cap to install and gutters cleaned the next day. Everything was cleaned up when they finished just wish the cost was lower. Other then that the guys were polite and the roof looks great“

“We just hired Jensen Exteriors to redo our roof and add in extra rooftop vents. Our neighbor recommended them to us and we are so happy we went with them! They have competitive pricing, great (quick) communication, are very knowledgeable and friendly. The four guys that did the roof work were a joy - respectful, nice, also good communicators - and they did a fabulous job! I didn’t expect the roof to look so good!! “Can’t say enough about the great, immediate service & follow up we have had for our garage roof that was leaking. Leland came right out, assessed the situation, gave us a quote & got right to work as soon as we accepted it. We live on the Oregon coast so he kept in constant contact with us with schedule updates, work dates & such. Roof was completed in the allotted time frame (even with some unforeseen problem spots), within the budget plus extra adds we approved (again, due to the unforeseen issues) and love how it turned out! Leland has an incredible of knowledge of what he is doing & has a great crew to get the job done. Best of all, we had a couple of things pop up “post job done” and Leland was right on top of it, coming out to see what was going on & treated us as if we were the only thing that mattered in his whole day.
