Tina and Rob (owners) are very committed to quality workmanship, service, excellent communication, and elimination all the worries over roof issues.They installed a Perfect new roof for us in April, 2023; but the story begins in January, 2022 when I discovered a leak over our front door. They came out in a very timely manner and replaced a minimum portion of roofing based on searching for dry plywood under the roofing. The repair permanently solved that specific problem; but over a year later there were 2 more leaks in completely different areas of the roof. Again they came out quickly--the same day that I contacted them--and did successful emergency repairs, in very inclement weather, using new pipe-vent boots and tarps to cover the leaking area. Luckily, I had already started getting quotes for new roofing, so I was already in their schedule.I got 4 quotes for my new roof. Armor Roofing offered me the best overall value of a shingled roofing system and warranty, answered all my questions and offered suggestions/alternatives, and accommodated special requests based on my questions. During the 3-day installation (in not the best weather), the crew was totally committed to a quality installation, very attentive to the slightest disruption to our living conditions, extremely polite and very alert to any mess--constantly picking up after themselves--they left the work site debris-free before they left the premises each day. They even took care of some non-roof issues replacing some rotted wooden trim and siding.
