“We live in a neighborhood where all the homes are 20+ years old. Everyone is in need of a roof replacement. Because of this we receive numerous solicitations from numerous roofing contractors. We had one outfit come out to give us a quote. Then the sales pitch started. Pressure sales pitch with the "price today", "price in 90 days" and "price at one year" due to inflation. OMG what a joke! The price quote was twice as much as Peak Performance Roofing. When I checked the reviews on line they were awful and the amount of BBB complaints were staggering. We knew we weren't going to use them.Always get multiple quotes.All we wanted was a good roofing contractor that would do a great job. We weren't looking solely at cost, but at value and quality. We found it with Peak Performance Roofing. We were solicited by a young man walking door to door for PPR. When I answered the door, I was pretty blunt asking, "Does your company suck like most roofing contractors". He said he wasn't sure. I took a marketing card and told him I would research them and if they have good reviews and a clean BBB record, I would consider them. PPR was/is squeaky clean. Within ten minutes I was asking for a roof estimate on line. Andrea called me back immediately. We set up an appointment with Andrew who provides roof quotes. As the first person face to face with a PPR employee we found him to be very professional and pleasant. We sat down for maybe 15 minutes to discuss his company, the roofing process, shingle choices and colors. So much more pleasant than a pressure sales job.After we received a fair quote we went with Peak Performance Roofing. We dealt with Kevin as our Project Manager. Communication with this company was excellent. Upon completion of the roof replacement, we had some very minor issues that we wanted addressed.One of the owners, Carson came by and took care of everything himself. Again easy going and very professional.Beware of the likes of DeBella and High Performance Roofing companies. Peak Performance Roofing is NOT at all like them. They have a legit business model, unlike many of their competitors.I would highly recommended Peak Performance Roofing as we are 100% satisfied with their work and pure professionalism.“

“I just finished a post installation inspection of the new roof that Pacific West Roofing completed on my daughter’s house in Tualatin. From the initial contact with Project Manager Phil Clark this has been a wonderful experience. It was immediately obvious that not only did Phil know the roofing business; his polite, professional and very personable manner was evident in the entire project. He performed a very thorough inspection and provided a concise yet detailed bid for the work. The work included tear off and replacement of the roofing and related flashings on a 1970’s house. His crew (employees of Pacific West versus day labor) was extremely skilled. They were also careful of the landscape and minimized the impact on the structure. Their cleanup was very particular and there was no evidence of them having been there at all (except the beautiful new roof!).The installation of the roof is exceptional. Pacific West replaced the existing rubber boots with new, lead vent seals that will last the lifetime of the roof. Chimney flashing was cut into the existing masonry and expertly installed tight to all surfaces. Edge flashings were placed nice and tight to all barge rafters and color matched the roofing material. The valleys were cut perfectly straight and parallel to structure. I would give them ten stars if such was available. I Highly recommend the Pacific West Roofing as a company and Phil Clark individually as he was an outstanding liaison and kept us informed every step of the way. And to top it all off – they were on time and in budget!“

“After the last destructive storm in Portland we had a lot of water/snow/ice accumulating on our church's flat roof. In the past if we left it unchecked it caused deep pooling up top. The water rose above, over and around the flashing, moving through the ceiling space and causing destructive flooding inside. Fisher sent a crew to melt, break up and remove all of the ice. We had very little water get inside, all of it before Fisher's treatment. It saved us a lot of money and potential insurance problems. They're great!“

“Boss put a new roof on my house a year and a half ago. Really happy with that. When water started running down into the garage, I called Boss for help. Eric arrived first thing in the morning. Nothing wrong with the roof but he looked at everything and diagnosed a chimney with crumbling masonry and showed me how to fix it. He examined the rest of the roof just in case. Really pleased with the roof and the followup service more than a year later. Thanks Eric and Boss!!“
