Jon Taylor, at Valley Roofing, was very helpful and efficient at repairing the mistakes a previous roofer had made which caused condensation issues on the roof. He had to replace approximately half the roof, which was only 3 years old. Jon impressed us from the outset by returning my call before the day was over, and stopping by. It wasn’t something a home owner wants to hear- a 3 year old roof is faulty (resulting from a vaulted ceiling and lack of ventilation), but Jon was transparent and explained why we were having problems with leaks on the ceiling. I've been working with Valley for years now on large scale buildings and recently had them do a project on our home. Throughout time and my industry experience I have dealt with many local vendors. Valley roofing has proven to be the absolute best, not only in my line of work but now outside of that as well.
