There was a lot of moss growing between the shingles and he was up there for several hours cleaning and removing all that mess. And he also cleaned the gutters and downspouts. He was super knowledgable, pointing out numerous facets of my 11 year old gutter- which was undersized, creating flow issues. He provided a quote before leaving, for an 6” gutter job. I obtained a second company estimate, but Tom’s price was fair- and I was impressed with his knowledge and character. “Very happy with my new roof by Five Star Exteriors. We had a few delays due to rain however the roof was 99 percent complete on the first day with only the ridge cap to install and gutters cleaned the next day. Everything was cleaned up when they finished just wish the cost was lower. Other then that the guys were polite and the roof looks great“

“A small section of our gutter on the back corner of the house was damaged from the ice storm. Dr Gutter was very responsive and prompt. We had him replace the damaged section and clean the front gutter. He was on time, efficient with their time and professional. The price was reasonable as well.
