“I want to start first by saying that I really do appreciate both Josh and his crew members. Our overall work relationship had some rocky moments, but the overall experience can be deemed positive. When working with Vera, do make sure everything you’re expecting to be completed is written up in the final signed contract (despite any verbal agreements.) Also, please anticipate that the construction site will not be 100% cleaned up both during construction and at the end.
