Many plumbers charge for an estimate; these folks did not and came prepared to do the job right on the spot if I accepted the price (which was HALF that of a previous estimate I had gotten from one of the bigger players in the Salem market). They prepared by asking me to text them photos/videos of the problem (smart - they brought the right parts they would need). PLUS... when you call them, a real, live person answers the phone. It didn't go to some individual's cell phone where you're invariably asked to leave a voicemail message. I made a call, made an appointment, and two days later I can finally use the hose in the front of our house. Thank you!“
