Byram has began cheaply making their bags and I had one blow out after the next in a 2 week period, 4 bags in total. I placed a bag order days prior but byram had no record of it. Expedited order takes 24-48 hours. My PCP had no supply. I had no bags and no bag on my body. I called wound care (not having been a patient) and was directed to Brittney. Brittney left me a supply of bags at reception and made me an appointment to see her on my day off so I could be her patient in the future. I was ready to cry because without my bags I can't function. Thank you Brittney!!!“
